Solange de
Billy-Tremblay is a licensed trustee since 1989 and has been
working in the insolvency field since 1984 first at the offices of
the Superintendent of Bankruptcy in Toronto and Montréal and
then as a Trustee with several insolvency firms in Montreal before
starting her own office in 1997.
Mrs. de Billy-Tremblay handled proposals and bankruptcy files
for hundreds of businesses and individuals in financial
difficulties. She has also offered alternative solutions when
recourses under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act were not the best
solution.
Solange de Billy-Tremblay has an M.B.A. from York University in
Toronto and from Laval University in Quebec City.
She has been involved as a volunteer in the national
professional association for Trustees (ACPIR) notably in drafting
and correcting written exams for students and by being one of the
examiners on the oral board for candidates to the Trustee licence.
She has written articles and was a lecturer in the insolvency
field
Nathalie Séguin

Nathalie
Séguin is a chartered accountant. She has been working in
since 1996 in the insolvency and forensic accounting field. She
gained her experience working for nine years for one of the leading
firm in these fields in Montreal. She joined our team a year ago.
Her experience, know-how and professionalism are major assets for
our firm especially in the administration of complex file where
thorough accounting analyses are needed.
Anne-Catherine Laberge
Counsellor
Anne-Catherine joined our team two years ago as an insolvency
counsellor mostly with individuals. She also got her accreditation
by the office of the Superintendent of bankruptcy to perform
consultations with individuals having filed bankruptcies or
proposals to their creditors and assists Trustees in administrating
Bankruptcies and proposals.
